Elaine Leitch is a lawyer with over 15 years experience in the field of employment law and Human Resources practice.

She is a firm believer that an Organisation’s greatest asset is its people, and that Managers have a fundamental role to play in fostering good relationships in the workplace, contributing to employee engagement and a successful Organisation.

Elaine believes that prevention is better than cure, and regularly supports and advises small to medium sized businesses on a variety of every day people issues.

She is also an experienced Tribunal lawyer, having represented many businesses at Tribunals both in Scotland and England.
